Federal Flood Insurance
Allegedly the Board collected federal flood insurance payment from a 2009 flood. Did the board report pre-existing flood damage as 2009 flood damage? Only two permits were pulled in response to two violations from the city. 2012 (electrical violation) and 2014 (furnace door replacement violation).
