According to records we've obtained this condo board attempted to hire the attorney who formally was hired by the Castle Beach condo board in a negligence complaint. Update 2016: Verify floor certification 303 Verify 40/50 Year Certification using one unit (303) No mention of 50 Year Certification/Verify one 1 of 30 units inspected.
