1420 Pennsylvania Avenue, a rental condominium in Miami Beach. One of hundreds of Miami Beach's troubled condominiums. According to records we've obtained this condo board attempted to hire the attorney who formally was hired by the Castle Beach condo board in a negligence complaint. Update 2016: Verify floor certification 303 Verify 40/50 Year Certification using one unit (303) No mention of 50 Year Certification/Verify one 1 of 30 units inspected.

Reference Gating: Penn Manor board replaced gating to protect interior of building three times. What happened to money for exterior gating?
Reference 40 Year Certification: Building received second violation for 40 year certification in 2015 after inspector was called on work being done to 303. No further permits or inspections pulled of entire building, only 303. Building department acknowledgement of one unit 303. 29 other units missing?

LOUD NOISE. Following to some strange loud noises apparently coming from unit 407, on 11/4 we did a check of the plumbing on lines 206, 306, 406 and 207, 307 and 407. Plumber could not determine the nature of the noise and confirmed that nothing seemed to be wrong. Some residents said it sounded like a squeaky bed coming from unit 407. I personally observed that unit 407 has a mattress laying on the floor therefore the noise could not be coming from the mattress. The noise was heard again toward the mid of November but the cause of it is still unknown.
