Trial de novo and Attorney’s Fees
As provided by § 718.1255 Fla. Stat. (2009), this decision is binding on the parties unless a complaint for trial de novo is filed within 30 days of the date of this Order; additionally, the prevailing party is entitled to have the other party pay reasonable costs and attorney’s fees. Any such request must be filed within 45 days of the date of the Final Order.
